In accordance with Section 16 of the Cooperative Act 2074 and the bylaws of Chakreshwor Prativa Saving & Credit Co-operative Ltd., the 17th Annual General Meeting will be held at the following venue, date, and time. All respected shareholder members are cordially requested to attend.

1. To approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for FY 2081/082.
2. To approve the audited financial statements and profit/loss account.
3. To approve the budget and work plan for FY 2082/083.
4. To conduct elections for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
5. To discuss and decide on other proposals.
